mhoye on "[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Installing WP-Supercache and existing links."

Hello, everyone; I'm considering installing WP-Supercache, but I have one question I can't find an answer to either by googling or the FAQ.

Since my blog's been around for a while, a fair bit of the 'net has links to old entries with the basic http://example.com/?php=1234 links, but to install WP-Supercache I need to change those links to one of the other options (http://example.com/7/12/24/entry-title/ or whatever.) So my question is if I flip that switch as part of installing WP-Supercache, will that break all my incoming links?
