Sorry, I´ll try to explain myself better.
When I enable Inline Related Posts (IRP) the posts are added with this nice plugin, but the question is:
Every time someone read the post the IRP is generated or is created once. The question is of course about IRP and WP Super Cache. If IRP change the page cache would generate refresh.
