Deminimis on "[Plugin: WP Super Cache] $dismiss_readable_warning = 1; //Added by WP-Cache Manager"

RESOLVED:
I continued troubleshooting and found out that wp-super-cache had added a all these things at the beginning of wp-cache-config.php BEFORE the beginning <?php.
Deleted everything before <?php, refreshed and all is well now.
