Yes running on Bitnami on AWS. We had a active WP Super Cache which was slowing the site, which we tried deactivating and instantly got an error saying "all plug-ins deleted" with list of plug-ins and then stated successfully deactivated WP Super Cache. Instantly everything was gone, since then site is down and it has become vanilla installation. We are unable to add any new plug in also, it says plug-in not found after download & activation. We also tried these steps, but no luck.
