I've got a message from my hosting support (Hostgator) that my account causes overload on their servers and they paused the work of my sites. The last thing I did was installing Wordfence plugin. After I removed it, they cancelled the restriction. My question is where in the options I can reduce the Wordfence load?
Second question is about caching. Do Wordfence caching option is better than WP Super cache plugin I'm using?
