Hi guys!
Made some test on our local installation, and it seems pretty easy to include all possible wishlist urls in one regex
Try adding the following exclusion under Settings -> WP Super Cache -> Advanced -> "strings that forces a page not to be cached"
wishlist.*Please, don't forget to replace "wishlist" with your wishlist page actual slug (i.e. wish-list)
Then purge all the cache and try the plugin
