Is it possible for the super cache to be deleted/refreshed whenever WordPress or any of it's plugins are upgraded?
I recently updated My WordPress install from 4.0.1 to 4.1, and, due to WordPress upgrading jQuery UI, the older generated HTML files were requesting non-existent JavaScript files, causing the server to return 404 errors for each missing file and the page to load more slowly.
It is possible to fix the problem simply by going in and manually deleting the super-cache after the upgrade, but it would be really nice to automate it, as I have to manage several separate WordPress sites.
