Sinto001 on "[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Google PageSpeed Insights shows same result after install"

I installed your plugin and checked all recommended things and updated but after doing and checking in the Google PageSpeed Insights it is showing same marks. Is there something I can do to increase the mark... ?
