imber on "A question about caching troubles"

i've try to use wp-cache or wp super cache for this site http://mvs-photos.com/ for one simple reason - widgets (flickr and twitter) are load very long. i know that widget cache plugin for wp-cache and wp super cache is exist.

well, case is that i can't exclude some photos for caching. i've try some variants like

http://mvs-photos.com/wp-content/uploads/fotografii-dlya-shapki/*
http://mvs-photos.com/wp-content/uploads/fotografii-dlya-shapki/*\.jpg
http://mvs-photos.com/wp-content/uploads/fotografii-dlya-shapki* etc

in excludes section of wp super cache and it isn't work. why? can you help me? these photos using in my header and shows randomly. with cache turned on it shows only one picture.
