Sorry, I left a bit out.
I keep getting an email. It sends me an email that says the following:
Preload has been restarted.
http://unlimitedwhispers.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wpsupercache
Then I click on the above link and it sends me to the advanced page of the plugin.
